Team Hannah are the family and friends of Hannah Frawley. Hannah very sadly passed away in August 2024 following a road traffic accident.

Hannah’s family & friends have come together to start a fundraising group in her memory. Hannah’s kindness, generosity, and radiant spirit left a lasting impact on everyone who knew her, and now, her loved ones are channelling their grief into something positive. They are determined to raise funds for causes that were dear to Hannah & her family’s hearts. Each donation, each gesture of support, is a tribute to Hannah’s legacy, a way to honour her life and continue the love and care she so often gave to others.
